The Online Service Management Information System (SIMPONI) is a mobile-based online registration application for outpatients that is equipped with features that contain information about the hospital as a whole such as information on facilities, inpatient information, MCU service information, Code service information. Stroke, information on doctor's schedule, information on surgery schedule, information on bed availability, information on the number of visits, where this information is the latest data that has been integrated with the Hospital Information and Management System owned by UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie.
The Online Service Management Information System (SIMPONI) has 5 main features, including:
a. SI DOI (Online Doctor Information System)
This is a feature that functions as a means for users/patients to register, not only to get a queue number at the patient registration counter but also to get a queue number at the poly destination so that the waiting time will be smaller and the service will be faster and more efficient. In addition, SI DOI also has an excellent feature, namely facilitating general patients to carry out online consultations with doctors, via video call media.
b. SI Bed (Information system for the availability of beds)
This is a feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the number of available beds at UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City in an up to date and real time manner.
c. SI OK (Operation schedule information system)
This is a feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the schedule of operations to be carried out at UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City in an up to date and real time manner.

d. SI MCU (Medical Check Up Service Information System)
This is a feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the types of medical check-up services and their rates.
e. Facility SI (Service Facility Information System)
This is a feature that functions to provide up-to-date information on health service facilities at UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City to future users/patients.

Aplikasi baru dan lama sama tidak berguna. Daftar online BPJS gak bisa tp umum bisa, untuk apa ada aplikasi ini? Katanya kawasan "tanpa diskriminasi" 🥲 Yg berobat byk tp SDM di RS kurang sehingga antrian farmasi smpai jam 4 sore masih buanyak yg nunggu, kasian anak² sm lansia yg nunggu dr pagi sblum petugas² datang

aplikasinya hanya umum yg bs langsung daftar. usernamenya pakai nomor hp. jd menyulitkan. saran untuk usernamenya pakai NIK aja. trus d aplikasi mohon d berikan kontak WA untuk pelayanan customer service untuk memudahkan kita bertanya.

gak bisa dipake? tombol validasinya di tekan ga memproses apa-apa padahal tanggal udah diinput. Masih banyak error nya
